Most financial problems aren't math problems.
They're operations problems. Solution Manage finds what is costing you time and money, builds the fix, and trains your team to keep it running — usually in three to five weeks.
W. EDWARDS DEMING
Solution Manage was founded on twenty years inside corporate finance and seven years working with leadership teams. One taught us how the systems are built. The other taught us why people don't follow them.
Fix the system and willpower stops mattering. That is the entire job.
Small and mid-sized businesses that have outgrown the way they were built.
- You've outgrown the systems you started with
- Leadership is deciding on numbers nobody fully trusts
- Overhead has crept up and no one owns it
Run the business from what's actually true.
And it compounds. Every month the numbers get cleaner, the decisions get faster, and the gap between what you think is happening and what is actually happening gets smaller.
A process your team actually follows
Trained on site, under real conditions, until it is simply how the work gets done.
The problems you could not see
What costs the most is rarely what the owner was worried about. That is why the first phase happens in the building.
Costs you can defend
You know what every fixed expense buys you, and you have stopped paying for the ones that buy you nothing.
One version of the truth
Leadership stops arguing about whose report is right and starts deciding from the same page.
It holds after we leave
Two check-ins at thirty and sixty days, because that is when a new process usually drifts.
Three to five weeks, start to finish.
Assessment
Three to five days on site. We watch the business run as it actually runs — not the version described in a meeting — and find what is genuinely costing time or money.
Strategy
Three to seven days, mostly off site. We build the fix: a prioritized plan, the specific process changes, and the training materials to go with them.
Implementation
One to two weeks on site. We return and train your team directly, run the new workflow under real conditions, and correct the drift before it hardens into the old habit.
Optimization
Check-ins at thirty and sixty days. That is when a new process usually breaks — not during training — so that is when we come back.
Most consultants bring you a system. The harder part is building one your people will still be using in a year.
Solution Manage is led by its founder and CEO, Saul Weiss. His specialty is business operations — how work moves through a company, where it stalls, and what that costs. He also spent twenty years as a company controller, so the process and the P&L get looked at together.
A company that outgrew its own numbers
A mid-sized business was growing fast on financial systems built for a much smaller company. Leadership was making real decisions from reports no one fully trusted.
We rebuilt the reporting structure, gave every number a clear owner, and set a monthly review the leadership team actually attends. Within a quarter they were deciding from one shared set of numbers — and fixed overhead was down.
Start with a conversation.
Twenty minutes, no cost, no pitch. You describe what isn't working. If we can help, we'll tell you how. If we can't, we'll tell you that too.
